First of all, we put our fingers into the inside of the chicken and feel around the ribs. Usually the lungs and kidneys are affected. Blot the inside with a napkin and rub it with 2 tbsp. honey with all the white pepper and 1 tsp. salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut half a lemon, quince, and apples into slices. Remove the tails and centers.

Carefully stuff the fruit inside the chicken up to the tonsils. Pardon the pun, I plugged the hole with half a skewer. Sprinkle the top of the chicken with coarse salt.

Baking one chicken seemed boring to me, so we take medium potatoes and just wash them thoroughly. Place the kuotzu on the shoulder blades on a baking sheet and cover it with potatoes, which we just add salt on top for now.

We turn on the oven to 180 and send our victim there. After 10 minutes, set the temperature to 160.
